What is a drop?
After an order completes, some followers or likes can disappear. This is called a drop.
What refill means
With a refill service, if a drop happens within a set period (such as 30 days), you can request a refill and the missing amount is topped up.
Types of services
- No Refill: the cheapest, but drops are not replaced.
- 30 / 60 / 90 Days Refill: refill is available for that many days.
- Lifetime Refill: refill while the service stays active.
- Non Drop: very low drop is expected, but still check the refill period.
How to request a refill
